Not sure why these people are leaving negative reviews. I have great experience with these new owners. Their maintenance crew are quick to respond. My roommate left a hole in the hardwood floor and she’s mad that she got charged for it and left a negative review. Is that the company’s fault to charge her? Their units varies from $250-$500/bedroom. You can’t choose the $250 rent but expect to have $500 rent experience. My current rent is $425 and I have nothing to complain about, so far my experience with them has been great.... read more
They offer a good variety of house options. Staff has always been so polite and very quick to show me houses that fit the criteria that I’m looking for. Paying rent is a breeze, their website has everything that you need to know within your fingertips. I am very pleased and would RECOMMEND this company (despite the other reviews). As long as you aren’t late to pay rent and take care of the house that you live in, you won’t expect hidden fees.
Avoid this place like the plague. Unapologetically awful service, hidden charges abound. Incompetent is too nice a word to describe this company .
Overall terrible staff and they tend to lose a lot of things and blame customers. Is give it a 0/5 if I could. This company needs a few good lawsuits.
