Poorly ran company. The representative who called to explain the incorrect legal fees could not coherently articulate why they were added. She started talking in circles eventually making my point for me, when she realized this, she became hostile and rude.
not a very well run company. told me to come get a key fob and doesn't say the so call office in the first floor of the building isn't staffed anymore. waste my time having to take off work. the association rule book is a joke. had some noisy neighbor above me playing music in the AM as they work in odd hours and they refuse to do anything and just told me to call the police. and the police told me its our association duties to take care these issues. sounds like everyone just pushing problem to someone else. parking lot is ... read more

This company has been non responsive to legally required HOA document requests on multiple occasions (and I have the records of the requests). Wouldn't recommend. I'm inclined to believe all the low star reviews based on my experiences.
