Great experience dealing with the staff. They were able to help attain the proper paperwork need to acquire my vehicle. My only drawback was that I had to purchase a battery to replace the old one.
Everything was fine until the point of sale. They promised to overnight the docs to me so that I can get the car registered. I live in NYC and they are in Fl. I have no driveway and can’t keep the car on the street w no tags. They sent the info via post office to arrive three days after the car arrives. I spoke to Sasha the manager and he was dismissive and could not care less about it. “Well Lisa, we did what we are supposed to do”. How about doing what you promised? Great service! After I made a request to see the car I liked, Mert responded very quickly. He and his associate were very professional, helpful and understanding. Although we didn't buy the car this time for our personal reasons, we definitely coming back to work with Mert and Alex when we're ready.
