They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough
