Christian and Bianca D'Alessio are horrible people, unprofessional, and liars. Christian intentionally lost our punchlist items as a favor for the developers of our new construction and didn't bother to tell us until the day prior of our closing. We spent 2hrs on the original punchlist and had 30mins for the 2nd. Things were obviously missed and the sponsors are refusing to fix them.
