i've rented througha lot of different property management companies, and nest properties Bar none the best! when being a Human Being is fewer and fewer these days. these guys still have a heart , even with this Influx to our population here recently, i cannot complain, been super attentive to my needs, & they still have the "Boise way of life" as priority and and customer support paramount.
Clifford and the Nest team made having a rental very easy. Seems like they could improve on proactive communication, but vetted tenants well and kept the house rented and in great shape. Great option for low maintenance trustworthy management.
