If Kathy is in office I recommend you wait till her sister is in to do any Business. The way Kathy treats customers is so wrong. She’s a very nasty lady the younger blonde is very polite and respectful. I’ve had things there and so have my friends. I’ve heard a few people state that if you check your stuff often or retrieve things often that Kathy assumes your homeless and are living there. Does not matter if you email them asking to charge your card on the due date. They won't reply for a week then charge you a late fee when you asked them to charge your card. Their fault your money. GO TO ANY OTHER STORAGE FACILITY YOU CAN FIND.

Most of our stuff was stolen out of our locked unit and they wouldn't even call us back.
