Lindsay did an incredible job from the moment I met her for my lash consultation. She took all of my concerns and worries very seriously, fit me into her schedule, and the results look amazing! I am so pleased to have found a lash expert who truly gets me!
My wife had an appt written on a reminder card for 9am this morning and they said it was at 8am. So no haircut is your solution. I called at 8:45 to have a manager call me back by 10am, no call. Very disappointed. I'm sorry does not fix a problem you created!!!
Got my hair done by Cathi this week. My first time going to her and she nailed it! I’ve been wanting blonde bayalage with a shadow root for some time and she nailed it! So happy with my hair!

I schedule two facials months in advance for a surprise spa day. I requested that I was the only person contacted. The day of the appointment my friend received a call that one of our facials had been canceled due to an emergency. I was never notified of the emergency and I was the one who booked the appointments. I called to inquire about the canceled appointment as was told they were very sorry. Very poor customer service
This review is for Bridgette. I no longer go to Brookfield Neroli because I've moved and the drive out is way too far now. But after going to a new esthetician for my services, I have come to appreciate the level of professionalism and excellent service I received while being a repeat client of hers. If I ever plan to be in the area, I'll be sure to book with her again. This review is long overdue. So thanks Bridgette!
