I am greatly pleased to have found these folk. Very professional, thorough, and expeditious. My particular issue was solved within 24 hours. I took a GPU - out of warranty - for repairs, and it is like brand new! If they're in your area, or even an hour out, I would still take my device over to them. I was given an accurate estimate up front before making any commitments. The price was a little up there for my blood, but their quality of service is next to none. I can't say enough good things about the Farragut Nerds to Go. I brought my laptop in because I couldn't get it to open (blank screen, wouldn't respond to Control/Alt/Delete, etc.) They figured out what was wrong in a few minutes and didn't charge me anything. I will always recommend them in the future, not only because they helped me out of a pinch, but they have helped me and my husband previously. Please frequent this computer service-we need to keep them in Farragut!
