We had an excellent experience with Nerds to Go. First of all they returned my call the same day, came to my home (over 1 hour away) two days later. Don was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He did what Best Buy Geek Squad couldn't. We highly recommend.

My hard drive crashed on my laptop yesterday and I was about to cry. I'm in grad school and I have been working on a term paper that is due Tuesday for the past week. I was almost done when my computer just imploded. While I am in a technical field and possibly could have tried to fix it, I had a ton of work on my plate so I had no time to work on it. Called looking for a networks expert. An appointment was made for the very next day at 9AM. Tech Josh showed up on time and had all the tools and expertise that would be required. He fully understood the issue, devised a plan of attack, and followed that plan which led to a successful solution to a problem that had existed for more than two years and that had frustrated the heck out of me as I tried in vain to sort out the issue on my own. Best two hours of tech time I could imagine. I only wish I had found NerdsToGo sooner.
