Professional, efficient and competent. The scheduler gave me a reasonable time window and sent an acknowledgment of the appointment. Josh arrived on time, knew exactly how to fix my issues, answered all my questions, and even made it easier for me to accomplish my tasks in the future. I wish all businesses were run this way.
The PC assembly was done well, Windows, BIOS and drivers were installed, then a problem with the BIOS arose, they fixed everything and helped, communication and communication are excellent, it was nice to communicate, even if English is bad. Thanks again.
Jake was excellent. Certainly knew what he was doing and went above and beyond to improve our total system including areas I had not even realized could be improved.
Ryan was courteous, efficient, and did the installation on time; good experience.
