Tech person was outstanding! He solved the problem with my IPhone quickly and updated my computer so that it is running very well. I would recommend him and give him 10!

I used Nerds a year ago when I lived in Massachusetts and had a similar problem with my HP all-in-one printer. These printers are a pain to reset whenever you change Wi-Fi in your home. They require a factory reset, which is not well know to amateurs like me. I also had a problem with a hacked financial account, which they cleaned up completely. They are excellent, knowledgeable, but in high demand. They are premium-priced, but well worth the expense.
