Had a great experience with Nerds to Go! When I called, the person I spoke with was informative, without giving me a silly sales pitch. He described how they work (in-person, at their offices or at my home/office) and provided different price structures. We visited the store to inquire about fixing a blue screen issue on our computer. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. He clearly explained the repair process and pricing, giving us a good understanding of our options.
