Do not purchase anything from this company. My elderly parents were taken advantage of because they aren’t very familiar with computers. They were sold a so-called “new” computer, which was likely refurbished and misrepresented as new. Since the purchase, the computer has broken down multiple times in less than a year and a half. These people are dishonest and liars. Check their Yelp Reviews they only have 2 stars. Save yourself a trip. They sell broken computers as new and then they make you feel like you are crazy. Save your money and go to a reputable store.

I was so disappointed on how my service went I trusted Chris because he has worked on my computer before plus he affordable idk what shifted but i was not happy with how my time and needs was being treated.
