Paul is a great guy! I really enjoyed working with him and his team.
I took my labtop in because it had fallen and the screen appeared to be broken. I paid a diagnostic fee was told the cost of a new screen, that that’s what was wrong per the diagnostic, and I agreed to proceed. They said they’d recycle the old screen and put the new one on. A few days after it was supposed to be done I followed up and was told I needed to bring my labtop charger in to see if that would power it on.
