Slow , and the lady upfront is racial she's rude to white people but very friendly with blacks
The staff was friendly. The doctors took the time to actually talk to the patient. I was taken in despite being nearly 2 hours late bc I went to UAB instead of here due to misunderstanding. The procedure was completed efficiently. Appropriate pain medication was used for minor sedation for insertion of a permacath. I highly recommend. I have had at least 12 catheter surgeries over a period of 4+ years)
Appt was for 9:15 it is now after 12:30 still waiting,no explanation,other pts. in,and out.
