I truly appreciate the care and attention she has given me over the years. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with the way my wife was treated at this office. One of the heavy-set nurses was extremely unprofessional. While we were already in the exam room with the door closed, she loudly yelled my wife’s full government name across the office. There was no reason for her to announce her name so loudly where other patients could hear it. It felt disrespectful and showed a lack of professionalism and concern for patient privacy. My 90 year-old dad had a post-hospital follow-up at the Kidney Clinic. He was attended to by Hamere, who was extremely personable and kind, and treated him most compassionately.
Really great staff! I went to the Atlanta office and I was a little weary of what my results would be but they were so friendly from the checkin to leaving that I was worried for nothing. Took really great care of me & so many smiling faces! Staff was friendly and Dr. Shore was great! Glad I picked them!
