Was a patient a few years ago. The only reason giving 2 stars is for Dr.Rahman & Dr. Caudill who has sadly passed away. They treated me with dignity & respect. Dr. Ferguson was extremely rude & inattentive The office staff when you call for assistance couldn’t care less. If I have to go back to a nephrologist, I will not return there.
Well ,I will put my Dr.s and they're staff at the top of the line with call's being return and I was blind sided until I started going to Nephrology Associates of Lexington and never have I had a question that was unanswered to where I couldn't understand it ! If you're looking for concerned and a caring group of Nephrologist this is the place to find them! Thank you for taking care of me for many months and thank you staff for being so friendly about doing your jobs well
I'm being courteous with giving this office 3 stars. As a caregiver, I have dealt with numerous offices over the years. We absolutely adore the nephrologist, but trying to reach anyone in the office or get anything done in a timely manner is impossible. It took several days of calling and leaving messages with the receptionist to finally get in touch with the doctor and then getting the order for the lab work he requested was another nightmare in itself. My wife is receiving treatment here. The care is fine, I guess. I really don't have any comparison as we've been under their care for the past year and a half. My review is regarding the abysmal customer service of the office. I have had to correct insurance information multiple times, left repeated messages, tried to email, and the only time I have ever had any traction is when I visited the office in person and talked to the the billing person.
