I called and they didn’t pick up then I called again was not asked but TOLD please hold took 10 minutes I stayed on the line then she picks up says her name is Anna or Anne then asks what I would like to talk about today then while I’m explaining she sighs and says one moment and leave me on hold for another 30 minutes and while I’m on hold they hang up on me. Poor customer service and you guys really make the physicians look bad. If you are understaffed you need to hire more people and people who are polite.

I will preface by stating that I have yet to see a doctor at this location because their appointments are three months out. As other reviewers have stated, the doctors here are very capable, and I don't doubt that at all. This is a review solely focusing on office staff member treatment of new patient inquiries. Please pardon the length. Having been referred to this office by my PCP, I called three days ago to make an appointment. Dr.Weng is a knowledgeable professional. My mom has been a patient for 23years. I honestly believe my mom is here today due to closely monitoring through not only bloodwork, but by weekly appointments. All the staff are very friendly and hardworking.
