Jeff goes above and beyond with his business and customer service. When you call customer service, you talk to Jeff. He installed systems in both mine and my parents house, i had a problem with my parents LTS account recently and Jeff stayed on the phone with me helping me for close to 3 hours walking me through everything. Couldn't be happier with our new security system. The company is easy to work with. They are very professional and took care of our needs. With every new electronic device there was a few hiccups, but they were back to take care of it in no time.
