The staff has always shown care and concern. They handle the insurance and always make sure we are 100% satisfied.
Very professional and very polite. They make you feel welcomed. Dr. Lowe is the best.
People seem nice. Bur we've been going there for years, and very disorganized. They never call when glasses are in. Orders are often wrong. Kept sending bills that we didn't owe. After a call they cleared it up. But seems like all the behind scenes processes need to be revamped.
Dr. Pass is awesome. Staff is friendly. No pressure but there when you are ready for help. Great selection of frames and overall I feel the pricing was very fair with my insurance.
Chuck and the guys at Neovision and the new Penumbra sunglasses shop really hooked my family and I up! HUGE selection and awesome prices! Definitely the only place I'll ever go for optical needs! Thanks guys!
