I’ve been going to Neo Vision now for a few years. I never really have had a complaint. However, I will absolutely be changing my eye care provider solely because of one lousy “receptionist.” Not only was she extremely rude to me, she was rude to my wife as well (on multiple occasions). She was difficult to work with, not helpful, disrespectful and is the sole reason that we will never be back. you get frames and they sell you crappy frames that are under warranty and expect you to pay for something that they damages. will never go back again

Had an overall less than stellar experience. Front office staff came across as condescending and the frames are over priced. We went to another optical and had a much better experience.
Everything was disorganized, staff was short, and over priced.
Awesome customer service!! Dr. Lowe am Kaitlyn are super!! The staff from start to finish are amazing. Can’t say enough great things about them ALL!!

I tried very hard to make an appointment with Neovision. I called twice. Both times I was put on hold for approximately 7 minutes. Someone would pick up and put me right back on hold. I gave up and hung up. I called Optix. Not only did they pick up on the first ring, but they were able to schedule me over the phone and also pointed out that they have online booking. Optix now has four new patients. Sorry Neovision. I guess you're too busy for new patients.
I had seen Dr. Lowe at another location previously. It was my pleasure to be able to see him again! He is kind, caring, personal and professional! Also, the staff are very friendly and patient. I will not go anywhere else from now on!
