Dr Ku is excellent. Customer service has always been outstanding. The entire staff worked together to give me a great pair of glasses every time I go. Friendly, fun and professional.
This is the place! Chuck, Dr. Ku & the staff are excellent! Neovision has got to have the biggest & best eyewear selection in the state!
Fine for those not on Medicaid. If you have Medicaid go elsewhere. Would not work with my daughter and told her their system said she was not covered when Medicaid said she was. They wouldn't even try to update their system. Told her she could make an appointment but if their system still said the same when she got there would have to pay full price which is Not an option for people on Medicaid! Seriously???
We love Dr. Ku and NeoVision! Well organized office. Very friendly staff. Dr. Ku was great with my anxious, sensory-sensitive 12 year old, so I made her my eye Doctor, too! She's smart, thorough and caring. I had a variety of choices to make about correcting my distance vision for driving and Bird watching, plus close-up vision for Cross stitch. She did a great job explaining pros and cons so I could make the best decision.
They are so friendly. Staff is so helpful. And their prices are unbeatable.
