If I could give 0 stars, I would because frankly 1 star is too high of a rating for this company. I have the same experience as Lohraw1@yahoo.com and Thomas H I ordered a sign in August with a absolute deadline of Nov 12th I have emailed, called, faxed, left voicemails and have not heard back from ANYONE! They do not deserve any business ! I highly recommend going to another company if you need neon signs. I ordered my sign March 21st. I was told it would be shipped to me in 2-3 weeks. As of today, May 2nd I still have not received my sign and I can't get anyone on the phone. For the past several days I am only receiving their voicemail and no one has called me back. The first few times I called I was told my order would be shipped on April 11th. Next it was April 18th, then I was told their was a problem with the neon coloring so it would be shipped on April 22nd, since then I have not been able to reach anyone. This is ridic... read more
One star is too many. I'm not sure this company even exists. My wife ordered a sign in July and after many lies from them that it was on it's way we never got it. When I called to get money back they tell me it's on the way but we have never gotten it back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY> They are thieves. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
One of the worst companies I have every dealt with They are all a bunch of liars. I purchased a sign in JUNE 2015 which was promised to me within 4 weeks. It is now almost November and still no sign. Nobody answers the phone, nobody calls you back, and when you do finally get someone after being on hold for EVER they have no answers. Neon&More NEVER AGAIN!
Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how thrilled my husband was with his Pub 37 sign! In fact, everyone who entered our newly unveiled "man cave" over the holidays marveled over it! Thanks again for helping to make our holidays memorable!

These guys are amazing. Not only was the sign top quality but their customer service was fantastic. They really came through for me and I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond and I could not recommend more highly.
