The team took the time to listen, and communicate well. Their RN always show up on time with a positive attitude. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Communication and follow through with NeoGen is far below acceptable level. My mother's referrals for PT, OT, nursing, and ST have NOT ONCE been acted on until I call the agency to prompt them, and the referrals have been received weeks earlier but no services yet scheduled or received. I have NEVER gotten a call back in the time I'm told (1-2 hrs). I ALWAYS EVERY TIME have had to make a follow up call after DAYS of no can back to get the answers I was promised. My nurse, my physical therapist, and my personal (bathing) assistant have all been helpful and informative. They have done their best to help me heal and become active. Your organization should be proud of their accomplishments in providing excellent support. I would also like to extend my gratitude for their outstanding care and service.
