P.T. was a joke, said they couldn't do anything for my dad and declined services. O.T. showed up once, speech therapy 0 times. When I called it was like talking to a wall and couldn't understand anyone at the call center. The nurse was great but rest of company was horrible so we moved to another service
At this time, I would like to extend my gratitude to you, my RN Jeanie, for taking care of my medical needs, Mon- Fri, for the last 4 weeks. You even came last week, on a Sunday, when one of the nurses never showed up. I appreciate this more than you know. It’s horrible! Negligent, Ignorant! After receiving the Physical and occupational therapy referral order and visits requested! 3 weeks passed without scheduling visits till I called them/Neogen what is happening, no call, no schedule for visits! Then wake up and scheduled the visits! Too bad to be called Urgent Care Home Health! After all, they didn’t schedule the discharge visit!
