Very Professional, Excellent Service, Your a part of family, not a number.
Best dental experience of my life! The staff was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Neo goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. Not to mention that they had very reasonable rates, never tried to up-sell me and let me watch ESPN! I will never go anywhere else and will highly recommend Neo! (A very big THANKS to you and your staff from the 1st phone call to the last appointment.)
As always, my experience at NeoDental went very well! These folks run their business like a finely tuned machine--but even better is the friendly service and professional care given to each individual!! I have had a perfectly delightful time each time I've had checkups and dental work over the past 2-1/2 years--kinda like visiting great friends!!
Dr. G reviewed a crown I chipped and determined that it would hold for a while, explaining the difference between types of crowns and factors that possibly led to the chipping (in addition to my encountering a nut hull unexpectedly in some food). He filed down the sharp bits, and I left satisfied and without duress. Thanks!
Dentist/Staff were Very Nice and answered they answered all our questions!
The staff was very friendly. I was the last appoinment of the day but they all stayed late to answer my questions. Dr. Gonzales spent time to be sure all the options for treatment were discussed in full.
I arrived early for my appointment and was seen immediately.The staff is friendly and the cleanly was as comfortable as it could be.
I've only been once so far but they were really friendly.
So glad I changed dentists. This is one of the best I have had. He does not try to oversell on work that may not be immediate. The staff is very professional and personable.
