The staff at Neo Dentistry from the moment you walk in the door are amazing. They welcome you and it's a very inviting place. Dr. Alamo is extremely knowledgeable. I just moved to the area after having the same dentist for 38 years. I feel as confident with him as I did with the only dentist I ever knew. I would recommend Neo Dentistry to anyone looking for a quality dentist and awesome staff.
My crown experience was actually great...considering a needed a crown. I've had one before at another dentist's office and it was a terrible experience. So I was very nervous and anxious about needing another one. But Dr. Gonzalez and his assistant were great - very gentle and reassuring. His dental hygienists also do great cleanings and are gentle.
Just started as a new patient at NeoDentistry about 2 months ago after a very very VERY long time of not having a dentist and I was terrified but the staff and doctor at NeoDentistry made me feel super comfortable and at ease. My wait time was minimal and check out was even better. The doctor was knowledgeable and was able to explain things where I could understand them. I live in San Marcos and do mind the drive AT ALL. Only set back is them not having a payment plan of some sort to help with major treatment work.

I was very nervous about going to a new dentist now that I moved from Austin to Kyle, because my old dentist was so great, but he was just too far for me. Dr Alamo and his staff far exceeded my expectations! They were great! Everyone was caring and friendly, I have no complaints! I even told the hygienist when I left that she was the best one I had ever had! I will definitely be staying with them, I am even going to get my husband to go in soon!
Most helpful & encouraging about decisions as I get older of choices available. Very friendly staff.
