We have had nothing but amazing experiences with Nemours Jacksonville. We have had visits in Urology, Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery. My family is so grateful to have these gifted physicians here in the Jacksonville area. Very excited to learn of Saturday appointments at the Old St. Augustine road location. Good to know for a mom of two young and rambunctious boys. I'd much rather go directly to the specialist. No fussing with the stand alone ER or long wait times at the hospital ER.
My son broke his fibula this past Friday and we took him to the stand alone Memorial ER. They gave him pain medication, wrapped it and told us no school, no walking, etc until we follow up with ortho. We were told at the ER they wait about 5 days to cast a break to be sure the swelling goes down. So I called Nemours first thing this morning. I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes before my call was taken, only to find out the soonest they could get him in was on the 17th, 11 days after his accident! 11 days for a chil... read more
I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 2. She was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder after breaking her femur. Dr bradfield has alway done a great job with her. We bring both of our children here for everything but routine pediatric appts and dental of course. If they had dentist here I would though. We have been on just about every floor and love the staff. Yes we've had an issue here and there but we are all human.
The fact that my daughter has done the best health turnout since we started to seen their specialist is the best testament for me of how good they are. I am extremely pleased to have being referred here and I wouldnt change any of her doctors for nothing in this world.
Well let me begin with my son does not sleep at night and I was referred to the sleep therapist here and he came in the room and just spoke with me and just observed my son and said its all behavior and to just be stern and don't go into room and he will grow out of it one week but two weeks tops. Ok well we are going on 2 months and still not sleeping and I also got a $500.00 bill for him to do absolutely nothing!!! Thanks for charging me for no help..
Dr. Mercer has absolutely no ethethics! Promoting gental mutilation an even going as far as shamelessly bragging, "I will make his penis pretty". Remember the doctor's oath? "First: Do no harm!". I loved it as soon I made a appointment I had one as soon as possible I only had to wait two weeks when I made one my son sees genealogy neurology and ophthalmology and Dr.Lee Harper in ophthalmology is very good with babies my son liked him very well
Everyone is not only skilled and knowledgeable, they are so pleasant. Always!
