RecommendedToday I aged out of the Nemours Children’s Specialty Clinic Jacksonville. After 21 years of being followed by Dr. Nelly Mauras I can say with absolute certainty that she, her nurses and staff are the top tier of care for pediatric endocrinology and if it weren’t for this hospital stoping care at 21 I’d see her for the rest of my life if it could. RecommendedFor the last 21 years my daughter has been seen there and they are amazing with kids with rare medical conditions.
Took my son for an appointment with the ENT back in February. Dr was with us for not even 10 minutes, no testing of any kind just literally looked in his ears and throat and told me he didn't think his adenoids were the problem to go see an allergist. THAT'S IT! Nothing with the nurse after that in and out and I got a bill now for $738.15!! I have never in all my years received a bill that ridiculous for a visit like this. Only one parent allowed at my child's first visit. Staff called security on me for there miscommunication!!! Was told my husband and i would both be allowed in upon arriving we were told differently.
