Our rude orange cat “Don” stuck its claws in to my brand new Tensor sleeping pad. NEMO took care of me even though cat claws are not covered under the warranty! You guys are awesome! The pad is really comfortable to boot.
Absolutely love this company! I have the Losi 3p, the rave and disco sleeping bags, and two Fillo pillows. The ability to connect the sleeping bags saved my wife and I while hiking the Appalachian trail due to single digit nights and high winds. The tent has held up great over the years including a really bad winter storm while in Massachusetts a couple years back. Love the gear! Proud owner of Losi 3P Tent w/paw print, Starlight Lux Chair, Disco Bag and Cosmo 3D Pad. The best camping gear I’ve ever owned and will only buy Nemo gear from now on. It doesn’t have problems and works great while being lightweight functional and durable.
I am a scoutmaster for a Boys Troop and a committee member for a new Girls troop. I cannot be tired come Monday with the amount of camping I do. I bought a Nemo 30XL a few years back and it was a good send. On a recent summer camp, some of the bellows gave way and was unusable., I contacted the warranty support, provided the evidence and lo a new 30XL arrived today. I would and do recomand Nemo, their customer service is quick to answer, I needed a replacement part that I had lost, the answered in around ten minutes and shipped it free of charge Also last year I need instructions on how to set up the Footprint on the Hornet 2, again a reply arrived straight away with detailed instructions, including a PDF with images , so all I can say is Bravo, I'm very pleased:)
Can someone from Nemo please answer a 2 time PCT hikers issue with a tent he had to pay to mail back and is waiting on trail for a call, email or text? Please?
