Paid 130 euros for a shower that lasted less than 20 times. Tried contacting for warranty or replacement, nothing. Looks like I'm not the only one at the same situation with aftersales.
If you want to contact this company it is impossible. They don’t even answer the phone, emails go un answered, nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!! NIGHTMARE All I can guess is this is a Chinese company that can not get their product until late. I order lots of things and haven’t had a problem like this even with Covid. Shipping is 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE Order from REI!!!!!!!!! Much better service!!!!!!

No idea what happened, but their customer service is horrible right now. I've emailed multiple times and no responses. Last email I sent was a week ago and not even a response yet. Are they running a business out of a house??

Just bought the Men’s NEMO RIFF -9 sleeping 💤 bag. I love ❤️ it! Used it on my last trip to Valhalla Provincial Park multi day trip. It’s like sleeping in a down jacket! I’ve been backpacking last 5 years and been chilly in a synthetic bag even with a liner n jammies. Highly recommend it! So warm n cozy.

Have had my Obi2p for A while few years and love it. Bought a tensor pad end of last year - best pad I've ever used. Would always recommend Nemo if I can.
