I wanted to leave a review on your equipment, I picked up a Nemo sleeping bag and one of your blow up mats, and all I have to say is I was very shocked with how easy it was to pack, light weight, and camping this time of year it was about 25 degrees outside, and my sleeping bag kept me so hot threw out the night I had to have my bag zipped all the way down just to keep from sweating! I'm a NEMO gear mule, all started with the Alti Storm 3P 5 years ago for my winter camping needs which have since expanded to include the Losi 3P and Garage, Bugout Tent 12x12, numerous airpads, Nocturne 30, Tango Duo 30 Slim and slipcover, Hornet 2P, and a helio shower. Thank you for being a great company and for having a great customer service team. I have owned several shelters but have used my Nemo Obi 2P for almost all of my backpacking excursions mainly due to its quality, build, and overall ease in set-up (especially if you do a little pre-setup before setting out) but the real reason I have continued using my Nemo is because of the customer service.
