I have used this Clinic for years. Loved Dr McCullough!! We were sad when she moved. Dr Leeven has done a great job with both of my dogs. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait....but I appreciate them taking time with me when it is needed. They have always helped me check out two dogs in a timely fashion. They are great!!

Called at 8 am to say my dog was suffering and needed to be put to sleep; best time they could give me was 3:30. I called back after 10 to cancel as my pup had passed. Asked if I wanted to reschedule - what part needs to be put to sleep was misunderstood during my initial call. At what point were they concerned about the 2 seizures she had not long after my initial call. Thankfully I found Westbury Vet Clinic who said come straight in. If I could give them a -5 I would. My 13 dog old died today. We knew she was passing fast and painfully. 3:30 was the best they could do. West bury Vet Clinic understood the emergency. My wife; daughter and I because of Nemaskets delay witnessed two horrible seizures that could have been prevented if seen straight away. Nemasket is in front of my neighborhood. I am visiting from Texas. My mother was having surgery so I came to help her out. She had two dogs that weren't doing too good and needed to be put down. A friend that is personal friends with Dr Grant told me to call the clinic and see what they could do for me. I had an appointment today at 11:30. I was seen right away. They respected my decision. 8 years here and I won't go anywhere else. From routine checks, to infections, to helping our 18 year old Chow cross the rainbow bridge, and now a 7 week old kitten I found. They are the best!
