10-6-2014 Take my dog in this morning at 8am for a scheduled casteration, prophylaxis, and added some shots, (they recommended)and tests when I dropped him off, only for them to call me at 3pm, and tell me they did teeth, and shots, but failed to see WHY he was there in the first place!!!! I am LIVID!!
