We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands here last year, and the sales team has always been very friendly and helpful. However, my recent experience with the owner was disappointing. A small diamond had fallen off my engagement ring, so I took it in for repair. When I picked it up, I asked to have the GIA marking read to confirm it’s the same stone.
