Dr.Nelson has been my dentist for many years. He always explains the procedure so that I know what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and his staff. I should also mention that his dental Hygenist, Wendy, is one of the best. Makes everyone feel at ease and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and it's easy to see that she cares about her patients.
I have always received excellent dental care at the office and did so during this last visit as well. I was a bit taken aback though, when during an unexpectedly painful portion of the procedure, after jerking my head, I sensed that Dr. Nelson was actually frustrated with me. Sorry, but it hurt! Other than that, my experience was very good and I did appreciate being seen on such short notice for my unexpected dental emergency.
The staff was very friendly and informative Made the visit pleasant for a visit to a dentist appointment.
