We recently purchased our first 5th wheel at Nelson RV and couldn't be more pleased. James and Robert made the whole experience a delight. They took the time to go over in detail all the features and how to use them. The Cedar Creek we purchased, even though it was 7 years old, looked new and was in excellent condition. They even installed a new hitch for our new truck. We are so happy we found them. We wouldn't buy anywhere else. We highly recommend them.
Nelsons RV offered great customer service! We are very pleased with how our needs were met and the special treatment we received. Robert, our sales person, was very helpful and went the extra mile to wait for us late in the evening. He made sure we were well taken care of and well hydrated as well. The Service Techs were also very helpful as they went over everything we needed to know about our Hi - Lo and made sure we would have a safe trip towing our RV Trailer home. Thank you Nelson RV! You are highly recommended!!
Top Notch Sales and service!!! These guys truely care and are supportive. They treated us with kit gloves all the way through the process. I mean what other dealership lets you try out your RV before you buy it!!! First class business all the way!!!! Thanks You very much!!!!
