Rented from Nelson Puett for 2 years. David was very easy to get ahold of when needed.
These people .... Dave will lie to you on move in until he finds someone else. I was approved, first one in with deposit, ask to just clean the place up, and on the day of move in Dave ran another tenant in over me and said it just was not a "good fit". I never seen such a blatant disregard for keeping your word. Fortunately, this must be a"God" intervention covering my back! Now I know what kind of people I would have been dealing with. OMG! Watch out.............. Don't believe a word they say.
