Worst place I've ever leased. Workers doing yard work at 6 in the morning right next to your window and driving around on golf carts all day almost like they are spying on you, so creepy. When our lease was up randomly threw over $1000 of "fees" on us with no clear reasoning as to what exactly they were for. Do not ever live here it is a scam and the apartment is like a cardboard box with a fireplace...
