We moved in in May and have been calling and emailing ever since to get basic answers on applying for parking & getting past glitches in the online payment system. It’s now August and we still can’t get responses from anybody. I don’t think these people actually work. They just sit there and collect checks.

They provide little to NO heat in the winter. The rent increase is $200 a month and everyone is dealing with leaks from the roof that desperately needs to be replaced. The staff are unprofessional and just ignore emails and calls. The building is falling apart and management does not care.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I hope this helps with improving the company. I’ve tried calling Nancy Marzano 18 times within the past two weeks, leaving a message and a call back number even wrote her an email… still waiting for a call back or some sort of response nothing yet. It’s not just her, I’ve tried a few others there nobody seems to answer their phones or emails… Mr. Robert I do apologize but you need a more effective group of staff that’s responsible, reliable and dependable.

Although I love my apartment I am disgusted by the lack of specific services I desperately need. My floors were done unprofessionally and it’s so bad that every time I clean my floors they spread apart and black gooey stuff comes out. It’s embarrassing and they expect tenants to come out of their pocket to fix certain things that they need to fix. I should not have to put an area rug over it. Seems I am denied to complete application because I couldn't fill in bank acct information. This doesn't seem right to me. Some degree of discrimination here.
