The worst, they never answer the phone calls or email the worst office
This management company is awful. The Promenade Apartments are falling apart. Office staff are very incompetent and disrespectful to tenants and building staff. The rental agreements contain contracts that do not adhere to rent stabilized laws in NYC nor NYC housing laws. The elevators are constantly broken, the hallway carpet is dirty and the washing machines smell like mold and mildew in the laundry room. Building access is open to the masses. I've been in this building a total of 35+years I love it here ,staff is amazing to deal with. We now have a new super here , Mr. Jose Rios, whose only been here a few months I already have seen improvements with this building, I applaud Mr. Rios for a job well done and only been here a few months thank u for what u do here. We moved in in May and have been calling and emailing ever since to get basic answers on applying for parking & getting past glitches in the online payment system. It’s now August and we still can’t get responses from anybody. I don’t think these people actually work. They just sit there and collect checks.
They provide little to NO heat in the winter. The rent increase is $200 a month and everyone is dealing with leaks from the roof that desperately needs to be replaced. The staff are unprofessional and just ignore emails and calls. The building is falling apart and management does not care.
