We emailed Mr. Nelson to ask if we could set up a time to meet in order to go over title information on a property we were trying to purchase. We asked what his fees were and since the fees were higher than other companies we decided not to meet and never agreeed to the fees or services. We also never received a title report. Today, randomly, we received a bill for $225, the day after Christmas! We never met with Mr. Nelson, never received or agreed to any services (verbal or written).
