I called asking questions because I'm looking for a primary care doctor not for pain medicine and I explained that to the rude ignorant unprofessional female that said hold on and hung the phone up on me and I called back to be ignored. Sad business and it be the workers that don't care about the business but only the pay check. She needs to be fired.....

Dr Nelson cares about all his patients and will take the time to talk to you 1 on 1 not just about your physical health but your mental health and about your life so of course it can take a while to see him if he stuck to a strick schedule he’d have no time to get to know u Iv been to Dr’s who will walk out mid conversation to keep up with appointments. He don’t care if yu white yello red or brown he will treat you equally and do whatever it take to help
