Went back and fourth a couple times , tried to negotiate a deal never heard back .
Pros: Exceptionally quick to respond. Listing was accurate. Salesperson was helpful and kind. We love the car. Cons: The finance guy seemed impatient with me and was at times a bit condescending. It was the end of the day, so I'll give him that. He answered my questions helpfully when I asked, and yet was not always voluntarily clear about the process. I had to slow us down more than once. Great just got truck !!!
Nelson Auto was very good about getting back to me with photos that I inquired about trucks they had gotten in on the lot. They were very good with following through to see if I had questions. I would recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle.
The salesman I worked with was very pushy was heavily commission based tried to push me to buy it over the phone with out seeing it in person not very pleased
