We worked with Travis Hopkins to purchase our 2015 Ford pickup. He was so helpful; every time we had a question he did what ever he had to do to get an answer for us. We also purchased a cover for on the back of the truck; and we were amazed at how fast the workers got it installed. We thought we would have to wait a while; but they had it installed within about 20 minutes. I was contacted the next day and there were follow up phone calls from the sales agent at Nelson Auto. Very nice and was interested in helping decide what vehicle I was looking for. No Pressure just helpful.
i called and said i would take the toyota highlander and would picked it up on wednesday, this was monday when i called. he was going to check on a price for me and let me know tuesday morin. he email me on tuesday morin and said they sold the highlander monday nite???? wouldn't they have put a sold tag on it??? very disappointed, apparently their is no commuication at nelson auto center.
