Shop forgot to submit warranty work on expedition and never got back to me. When I called in to follow up, they told me the truck would have to be in the shop for two days to submit the paper work….not do the job, just the paperwork. Felt like they just don’t want to go through the paperwork hassle. They also missed a bad battery and my family waited in an auto parts store parking lot why I changed it out.
