Our wedding was June 24 and we did not get all of our tuxes, including my husbands and three others. We came and requested to get all of our money back which they said they would do. It is now a week and a half later and after I have called and been hung up on, we still haven't got our refund. I am sitting in Nelsons at the moment to speak with the owner and have still not heard anything from the owner 30 minutes later. They said he was on his lunch and I needed to wait. Absolutely less than a 1 star. Do not recommend at all.
If I could give them ZERO I would! Can not contact them and they have not been open for two days during business hours.
I would not recommend using this cleaner. A year ago they had a problem with a machine, the machine destroyed numerous individuals clothes. To this date I have not been reimbursed. I have requested a call from the owner numerous times, I have not received a call. My next step is Channel 7 and the Better Business Bureau. This is a poorly run company that doesn't stand behind their work.
Really! $40 and it comes back covered in lint and stains still where they were when we dropped it off. Unbelievable.
