They replaced a part on our Jeep 2 times and now this time they forgot to put a necessary part on. When we brought it to them to ask them "hey could you look at this cause we believe that something isn't right" they responded with "There is nothing we can do, there is nothing wrong, the part has been redesigned" We had to find out from a much more credible dealer that the folks at Nelson auto did not do there job, and find out that they lied to us and possibly could have put our family in danger.
