Stopped in with a check engine light. Folks diagnosed it and said I’d need to come back at another time. I assumed the part diagnosed would be ordered. Came back at visit 2, and was then told Nelson didn’t have the part and would need to be ordered from MSP. That was midweek and I had to call the following week to ask if the part had come in. Service and personnel are always courteous, straightforward and reliable.
During a time of social distancing they made the process easy by utilizing new text features to sign papers. They even delivered the vehicle to my house!!
