I WAS a customer of Nelson's for over 20 years. I bought numerous vehicles from them, sent friends and family to them for vehicles, service etc. NEVER AGAIN! I paid for a complete engine rebuild. Well they didn't put rings in it. Went from a leaking head gasket to being rebuilt again and blowing up after that and paying another 1500 for the block that was ruined for the third rebuild in less than 3000 miles. I have gone here twice now for service and been throughly disappointed. Bought my car last year at a Maryland dealership in Cumberland and they told me to go to Nelson’s to get my inspection. Did so and the staff inside were very rude and standoffish. Today, went back in to try to get it inspected again since my sticker just expired, and yet again was met by a person who didn’t want to be bothered and seemed rather annoyed that I wanted an inspection.
