I am amazed at the customer service from this place, Steve especially. I’ve (unfortunately) had to purchase 4+ cars in that last 2 years due to accidents so I’ve had my fair share of overconfident/entitled salesmen but Steve was a complete 180 from that. Will only be coming here from now on!! 10/10 recommend!!

Hat's off to the folks at Nelsons.....last year I bought a used pickup from them......last week, I was on the interstate driving home and noticed a grinding noise coming from the front wheel. Stopped by their shop for a diagnosis, and sure enough, the left front wheel hub was bad.....so bad I couldn't even drive it home to do the repairs myself. They gave me a loaner vehicle....and....the next day I had two new hubs, two new rotors and brand new brake pads, all at a VERY reasonable price. Thanks to ALL the team down there...... read more
