I was charged $50 deductible even though my benefit plan clearly states that there is no deductible associated with Preventive Care, which includes routine exams, cleanings, x-rays- the services that were performed. I called the office to discuss and was told the office manager would call me back, but no response as of yet.
All my dental work has been performed by Nelson & Assoc for many years. I have continuously received a high level of service in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
Always the very Best, would never consider going anywhere else! Even when we lived out of town for 7 years!
Dr. Nelson and his staff treat their patients like we're family. They never rush to get you out of the door and make time to listen to your questions and concerns and put you at ease throughout the entire visit. His office has great ambiance. His staff mirrors his easy approach to make the visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone who has ever had an unpleasant experience with other dentists. I give him 5 stars!!!

Best staff - best doctor!
Very experienced staff makes going there a pleasure! Bedside manner is everything to me and you can't get much better than Dr. Nelson, his hygienists and office staff. Thanks for taking care of my teeth.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson's office for the last 15 years. Always feel welcome and his staff is great to work with. No complaints and a very knowledgable and friendly group. Excellent family dentist.
