Amazing friendly and honest!
I have been coming to Dr Nelson for eight years now I would highly recommend him.
Relaxing atmosphere, kind staff and very professional all around. Unlike a lot of other dentists office that just try to sell you a bunch of services and products, Dr. Nelson's office makes you feel at ease and just provides the best dental care in the area.
Always on time and always a pleasant experience.
I am a little taken back on the number of emails and texts i receive days before my appt. If you could cut back on those I would appreciate it. I get texts and emails in the morning everyday for 6 days prior, which was the day i called to make the appt. Maybe only send them 1 day or so prior to the appt would be great. The people in the office are always so nice I didnt want to complain about it to them. This is probably a result of an automated program you use and not manually. Had not been to dentist in 5 years due to my 15 year dentist moved to Oklahoma. Most in this field try to sell you when you hit the chair and are all in your business about health care and etc. this group to me is more traditional and makes it more enjoyable. Glad to know these type of dentists are still around.
My hygienist, Robin, was super friendly and she understood that I had sensitive gums so she was very gentle with them. I hope that I get her every time I have my teeth cleaned. I am very thankful to have gotten Robin. My cleaning before this last one was awful. I think her name was Denice. All I can say is ouch!
