Estoy muy agradecido con la especialista Nelly lazo por el Grande cuidado que est� llevando en mi tratamiento no tengo m�s que palabras de agradecimiento y aparte de eso donde estoy recibiendo mi tratamiento se han portado maravillosamente bien conmigo muy profesional en el trato al paciente no tengo m�s que palabras de agradecimiento por estar cuidando y m�s que nada el cuidado de mi salud gracias

1 star is too much for this place! My rating is based on as a new patient, the first time visit patient experience. 1. Scheduling - was a nightmare. Called a number provided by PCP, at 8:30am asked to use their text system, leave a number&call back system, both with no calls returned 24 hrs. Called next day, skipped all the other choices and waited on phone and got an appointment. I was told that I will get a text link to fill out as a new patient. Did not get. 2. My sister was diagnosed with cancer in May and was told by this office that her chemotherapy referral had been submitted to her insurance on May 10. After weeks of waiting, we discovered that the referral had never actually been sent. Since then, we have made numerous attempts to contact the office for updates. It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone, and when we do receive information, we are often told that the referral is still being worked on.
