Estimator came out on June 19 and sent me a quote on June 21, which I signed and returned the same day. Several days went by without hearing anything, so I called multiple times to try scheduling my roof repair. No one answers, mailbox is full. I finally used the contact form online, which was replied to instantly promising I would be on the schedule by the end of the day. That was 5 days ago. Call to get service customer service lady just hung up in my face for no reason I tried to call back going straight to voicemail and I’m trying to pay them to potentially give them service horrible!!!
