Estimator came out on June 19 and sent me a quote on June 21, which I signed and returned the same day. Call to get service customer service lady just hung up in my face for no reason I tried to call back going straight to voicemail and I’m trying to pay them to potentially give them service horrible!!!
We had a great experience with Austin from Neligan. He was kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess our situation. He clearly explained the issue, answered our questions, and provided a detailed written estimate for the repair. We really appreciated his knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor.
